Please note due to the COVID-19 pandemic please allow up to an additional 5 business days from the Estimated Delivery Date.

A measure that most carriers have implemented because of COVID-19 is to no longer require a signature on delivery, allowing them to drop your parcel at the door without contact.

 

Orders will be sent the most in the most reliable and timely manner. If there is a delay in shipping out an item the customer will be notified immediately. We strive to provide the best delivery speed, but once the package is given to the shipping company, we have to rely on them. 

Free shipping on all orders over $150 inc GST in total.  

All quoted delivery or consignment dates are estimates only, as unforseen circumstances are beyond our control. 

Delays in an order of any part of an order shall not relieve Buyer of its obligation to accept and pay for the remainder of the order.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

If you want to have your order left at your address even if you are not home you can select the Authority To Leave option during check out. If you select this option;

  • You are accepting responsibility for delivery for the item once it leaves the Sparky Tools warehouse
  • Sparky Tools assumes a delivery has been made if the courier reports that the item has been delivered
  • Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the courier firm confirms delivery has been made

Sparky Tools can deliver anywhere in Australia and New Zealand.

DELIVERY TRACKING

Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link for your order. As your order progresses you will receive an email. Once your order has been delivered you will receive one last email to confirm that is has been delivered. Proof of delivery (POD) is available on request.

Should you have any questions about your order once it has been despatched please contact us and we will follow it up for you.

Please note: some couriers utilise independent contractors & 3rd parties for remote areas, the tracking updates may fail to update although the goods are still in transit.

RECEIVING YOUR ORDER

Courier deliveries occur Monday – Friday between 9am-6pm. Unfortunately we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives they will leave a card with details on how to re-arrange your delivery. All orders must be signed for and ID may be required upon delivery.

If you are not present when the courier drops of the package, then they may drop a collection card in your mailbox to either contact for a redelivery or pick up at a collection point close to your address such as newsagency, local supermarket and for Australia Post, typically your closest post office.
